Digital unification is the process of bringing together disparate data, systems, or physical infrastructures into a single, cohesive, and trusted view to enable interoperability, resilience, and informed decision-making.  It applies across three primary domains: data unification for business intelligence, digital identity unification for cybersecurity, and infrastructure unification for industrial systems. 

In data unification, organizations consolidate data from diverse sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured) to create a single source of truth.  This involves cleansing, normalizing, and merging duplicates to eliminate silos, thereby improving data quality, enabling 360-degree customer views, and supporting better analytics and marketing campaigns. 

Digital identity unification specifically addresses cybersecurity by linking fragmented attributes (user IDs, device IPs, application tokens) across various systems into a unified profile.  This solves the "who is who" problem, allowing security teams to detect advanced threats, reduce false positives, and accelerate incident response by correlating data from SIEMs, HR databases, and threat intelligence feeds. 

Digital unification of industrial infrastructures proposes a "narrow waist" of shared software abstractions and algorithms to manage distinct physical systems (like power grids and water networks) computationally.  Inspired by the Internet's architecture, this approach rearchitects the digital layer to allow interoperability and resilience across interdependent sectors, enabling coordinated resource management and high-assurance operations without modifying existing physical hardware. 

Bulgaria is by far not the only country in the world where villages lost half their citizens due to lack of work and education. On the other hand, internet and home office solutions and the longing for a life in nature and slow living, especially in the Western world, have revitalized many villages by the immigration of eco-oriented people from all around the world to places they wish to live in. Countries which offer large but affordable properties, natural habitats, and a welcome culture to focus on self-sufficient life and digital job opportunities from home, are noticing an increased demand for re-migration.

We will concentrate on the effectiveness of successful villages in Bulgaria and other parts of the world to figure out which project can be adapted to every single village in Bulgaria for the benefit of the following three main village projects:
